Spray Bar

Spray Bar Application

Most suitable for flat areas, spray bar attached to our HydroRig or to your existing site water carts and tankers is the most economical application method.

Hose

Hose Application

Hoses supported by pumps allow us to reach steep and inaccessible slopes, as well as tight spaces over 250 metres away. Extended hose reels can also be used to reach areas which will otherwise be missed by other application methods.

Spray Bar Application

Most suitable for flat areas, spray bar attached to our HydroRig or to your existing site water carts and tankers is the most economical application method.

How it works

Treated

RoadBond penetrates the surface and draws moisture to form a coat, agglomerating loose soil particles together resulting in a reworkable dust-free layer. The treated area is ready for use with no curing time necessary.

Untreated

Haul roads are prone to generating dust due to wind erosion and vehicular traffic, especially in dry climates. Over time, the surface becomes less stable and poses adverse mechanical, environmental and health concerns.
